If you live in Denver, you know that there is not another place like it.  The quality of life is extraordinary and is second to none.  It seems every one else is catching on to our Mile High secret.  Denver was recently ranked as the #16 best city in America and #37 best city in the world by Resonance.

A total of 23 factors went into determining the list including:

  • Place:  air quality, weather, crime rate, parks and commuting time
  • Product:  attractions, airports, universities, sports and housing affordability
  • Programming:  arts, culture, entertainment, dinning and shopping scene
  • People:  Diversity and immigration
  • Prosperity:  Employment, Fortune 500 companies, household income and GDP
  • Promotion:  Online & social media reputation

The US report also focused on smaller cities, and two Colorado cities made the list, Colorado Springs (#11) and Boulder (#21).  Just in case you were wondering, the top rated American city was New York and the top rated in world was London.
