Denver adds 55 jobs a day!
The American City Business Journals recently identified the cities that have gained the most jobs on a daily basis. With an impressive 55.6 jobs a day, Denver just missed the top ten by .3 jobs, The Mile High City came in at #11. New York tops the list by adding 224.04 jobs daily, followed by Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, San Francisco, Atlanta, Austin, Seattle, Boston, Los Angeles and Washington DC.
As of October, Colorado had 73,300 new ads posted online for new positions. Those positions included, professional & related services, sales & office, service, management & business, construction and production & transportation. With the ski season gearing up in the high country, Vail Resorts is looking to add 1,624 employees to it's payroll, with positions varying from ski instructor, lift line operators, shuttle drivers and sales. Below are the top ten companies currently hiring in the Denver Metro Area.
